Lewis Carroll’s Birthday
Lewis Carroll was born Charles Lutwidge Dodgson on January 27, 1832, in Daresbury, England. He began writing very young and used the pen name, Lewis Carroll.
He died on January 14, 1898, in Guildford, UK at the age of 66.
His most notable works were, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” (1865), “Through the Looking Glass, and What Alice Found There” (1871) among other writings and essays.
